Discussion of Negotiating Commercial Transactions:
This course applies to all Licensees and aspects of real estate brokerage and negotiating transactions, however it is primarily focused on commercial brokerage. This course provides tools the Broker can employ to train and assist affiliated Licensees to prepare for and solve negotiation difficulties, design strategies for consulting and working with corporate real estate departments, as well as tools to protect the managing Broker in transactions.
This course meets the following requirements:
It can be taken by any Licensee (Salesperson, Broker, CAM, Associate Broker) for regular CE credit. Upon completion it provides a total of 3 hours credit.
