Discussion of Office Brokerage Policy & Procedures:
This course is designed to assist the Broker in reviewing or developing an Office Brokerage Policy and Procedures (OBP&P) document for the Firm. Discussion includes minimum requirements relative to BRRETA and the Georgia License Law, Rules, and Regulations.
This course meets the following requirements:
It can be taken by any Licensee (Salesperson, Broker, CAM, Associate Broker) for regular CE credit. Upon completion it provides a total of 3 hours credit.
